Delivery Policy

  1.  Incoming orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is Monday to Friday.
  2. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 10.00am.For payment information received and verified before 10.00am parcel will be delivery the same day.
  3. In the event of technical or resources issue, BagShop reserve the right to delay your order delivery without prior notice.
  4. For urgent order, please make a note in your order form so we can try our best to carry a special arrangement for you.
  5. After sending out your parcel, tracking number will be provided (before 6.00pm of the day.There might be occassional delivery delay during peak season such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year eve,Public Holidays, and certain occassion where estimated duration may not apply. You may contact courier service if you are not receiving your parcel within the estimated duration.Under the case where the issue have not resolved , please email us at bagshop.my@gmail.com and we are happy to assist you with that.

  6. Reason causing the parcel to be rejected/returned due to undelivered/wrong address or contact number or delivery had not been attended additional shipping costs for resending the parcel will be bear by purchaser.

 


 

Tracking your delivery :

  1. We have delivered your order and you could find your consignment number in " Order History " after log in. ​
